【本報訊】餵母乳的媽媽想產後瘦身,但又怕節食會影響奶水及營養吸收,往往陷入兩難局面。營養師表示,產婦因為每日製造母乳,其實可以額外消耗大約500千卡熱量,即使食量與平常維持不變,估計每周可減1至2磅,毋須節食。產婦可多吃肉類、豆類製品及深海魚,有助為母乳提供足夠養份。
