紅十字會輸血服務中心表示，去年的捐血人次及首次捐血人數均見跌勢。中心行政及醫務總監李卓廣表示，跌勢除與去年天氣有關外，也反映目前的捐血宣傳在年輕社群未見成果，並呼籲公眾農曆新年期間踴躍捐血。
