人力資源管理顧問機構ECA International發表最新的薪酬趨勢調查報告，指出本港僱員的平均薪酬連續3年有增長，明年的增幅維持在4%，若把明年預期的2.2%通脹率計算在內，本港僱員明年的平均實質薪酬增長預料1.8%，低過今年的2%；在亞洲區20個受訪國家中排名第16，屬亞洲區內低位，不過相對全球而言，本港的薪酬上升速度依然相對較快。
