【本報訊】「重賞」之下，必有「勇夫」。政府發展新界東北計劃工程尚未展開，但大地產商為求趕及在限期前跟政府進行「原址換地」的交易，去年底開始啟動清場工作，位於粉嶺北新發展區的馬屎埔，大業主恒地上月初已入稟向農戶收地，村民最遲六月要搬走，馬屎埔今年內勢被滅村。
