马云今日到马，为吉隆坡孟沙南区的马来西亚阿里巴巴办公室主持开幕。他说，正是马哈迪提出多媒体超级走廊的想法后，自己才受到启发，最终创立阿里巴巴集团。
“我当时（1997年）在读报纸，看到有关多媒体超级走廊的新闻。我觉得，‘哇，这是绝妙的点子’。”
“（我想）若马来西亚能这么做，为何中国不能？为何我不能为自己这么做？”
