【本報訊】隨着年齡增長,骨骼組織內的鈣質流失,骨質密度降低,骨質疏鬆隨之出現。看似人生必然會出現的骨質疏鬆過程,原來可以預防,甚至逆轉。物理治療師表示,英國有研究發現嚴重骨質疏鬆症患者可透過系統性負重運動訓練,半年內可提升骨質密度,令骨骼變堅硬,肌肉力量及平衡力亦可藉此改善,建議要及早開始運動保持骨骼健康。
