马华亚依淡国会议员魏家祥在国会批评一触即通卡的问题，即民众在一些地方为一触即通卡充值时会被征收50仙的费用，而且民众以一触即通卡支付停车费还要被征收10%附加费，加重人民的负担。
为此，贸消部副部长张健仁提醒魏家祥，这是前朝签下的合约。
张健仁回答，“我们要废除额外费用，那就是要撤销10%的附加费。但因为受到合约里的义务限制，当合约结束后就不会再征收。所以这需要分阶段进行。”
