端午節將至,又是糭香四溢之時。中環以紮實中山蘆兜糭揚名的「三陽號」,因蘆兜葉來價貴,今年每磅加1至2元,但無損食客熱情,有人預早訂製10磅巨糭。而有67年歷史的上海菜館「嘉湖」多年來堅持全人手手工包糭,面對成本上漲,今年不加價,並推出逾百元一隻的新口味蛋黃腩肉火腿糭吸客。
