Penang Governor Abdul Rahman Abbas arrives with his wife and pay their last respects. The session for the public will pause for awhile. Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng then presents his eulogy.

After that, everyone stands to allow the governor to pay his last respects and this is followed by the various organisations and political parties by bowing down three times.
