Warisan lost in the Kimanis by-election because the people of Sabah have yet to realise the goodness of the new state government, said Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
The Prime Minister, who is also Pakatan Harapan chairman said that when asked to comment on the defeat, and admitted that the Pakatan government had not done enough to connect with the people.
Dr Mahathir however, said he remained confident that the Warisan government was still popular in Sabah.
