【本報訊】殘疾人士院舍康橋之家前院長張健華被控性侵女院友後獲撤控，該院舍又爆出連環虐待院友事件，惹來社會譁然。逾2,000人昨日參與「十萬聯署．為無聲吶喊」遊行，為殘疾人士面對社會不公及院舍缺乏監管等表達不滿，強烈要求社署改革及檢討《殘疾人士院舍條例》。
