2016 BET Awards Best Dressed

Taking place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles Sunday night, everyone brought their A-game. Gabrielle Union turned heads when she stepped out in a leggy, Marc Jacobs gown. The burgundy and white, one shoulder dress rocked a slit that went almost all the way up to her hip. The saying “legs for days” definitely can be applied here. Pairing it with strappy sandals and a brand new hairstyle, she looked stunning.
Recording artist, Janelle Monae also knows how to make a fashion statement. Wearing a black and white striped pantsuit, bright red lips, and a black hat she definitely left us all speechless. Janelle even wore platform, peep-toe shoes to show off her purple pedicure as a tribute to Prince. Now that’s a tongue twister.
Yara Shahidi looked absolutely gorg in a bold, rainbow striped Tracy Reese dress. The flirty and fun sequined print was paired with Tommy Hilfiger strappy sandals that looked to die for. Not to mention she went with the natural hair look, showing off her amazing curls.
Karrueche Tran also made our list of best dressed, wearing a sexy, black mini dress with gold buttons and metallic sandals. She even went full out with the yellow gold jewelry. Gotta say, her simple high-top bun and that gold chocker definitely top this look off.
Co-emcee for the night, Tracee Ellis Ross stepped out on the carpet in a VERY formfitting, reptilian floor-length gown. With only a small cutout on her chest, Tracee rocked neon green Christian Louboutin pumps and a bright lip.
And last but not least, the “Think Like A Man” actress, Meagan Good definitely gave us all some serious green envy after seeing her in this Lorena Sarbu cut-out dress. The emerald green, silk design was paired with some stunning accessories. I mean, did you see that gold clutch? Soo cute, plus we love how she just let’s her curls fly free. She is killin’ it.
