Manaweblife joined the truly Chinese traditional celebration mood at the Jalan Alor food street in KL's golden triangle on this 15th day of the lunar new year called chap goh mei. The street was literally filled to the brim with locals and foreigners all gathered to catch a glimpse of the performances along the entire road. This day is usually celebrated with prayers and feasting and has been also associated with romance as the Chinese Valentine's Day where young singles catch love with various means. However, on this road in Jalan Alor the mood was just to have a lot of fun and noise. The lion pair got into action and did a finale with the opening of a greetings banner after several rounds of acrobatic stunts to excite the huge crowd.
