Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali said that the goal of the third nationsl car project is to enhance the engineering capacity among Malaysians and to build a new ecosystem which is involved in innovation and new technology.
He added that there are Malaysians abroad who have expressed interest in coming back to contribute their ideas towards the third national car project.
