Are you excited that 5SOS is going on tour with 1D? Because, they are!!!! If it's happening in Young Hollywood, you know we've got our findger on the pulse. Hey guys, I'm Joslyn Davis and today it's all about One Direcion and this summer's new it-band, Five Seconds of Summer. 5SOS as they're called by insiders and fans hit the road today with the lads of 1D and, to quote the Aussie dudes, they are "so excited to play a F-ING stadium" with One Direction. As they should be...Today marks 5SOS's first date on the Where We Are tour; they're picking up on the tour's second leg in Ireland. As Directioners know, the tour already hit South America...but that was just the beginning. All of the guys in 5SOS hit twitter to share their contagious excitement. Calum Hood said: Starts tonight!!! Croke Park, Dublin! Luke Hemmings added "So excited to play tonight, what an opportunity" Ashton sent our two tweets. First he said "Very excited for tonight, never be able to thank the other lads enough for the opportunity to come on the tour with them, it's gonna be..." and then added "Absolutely Epic." Epic is a great way to describe everything that's happening with 5SOS right now. They killed at the Billboard Music Awards last week, which marked their first-ever appearance on TV here in the states, and they continue to gain fans and momentum. If you're like us, you're already counting down the days until the Where We Are tour brings 1D and 5SOS to the USA. FYI, the North American portion of the tour stars in August.
