【本報訊】以市價52折推售的4,431個居屋單位，包括長沙灣凱樂苑、啟德啟朗苑和東涌裕泰苑，破紀錄接獲27.2萬份申請。房委會昨安排首批中籤申請人到樂富客務中心揀樓，全日售出98個單位。其中凱樂苑高層一個629呎的三房海景樓王更於開售40分鐘售出。公屋戶形容揀樓時氣氛緊張，「好似要爭咁」；有買家購入三房大單位後，笑稱「好開心呀，好似中獎咁」。
