只是三秒間，鐵板上的那片牛肉被火燄吞噬，繼而舞動，將之翻轉再數三秒，那片原本嬌艷欲滴的肉熟透了，放入口中，濃郁誘人的焦香，還有豐富的油花，這確實是日本燒肉最誘人的地方。
