6 HIDDEN Clues You Missed in the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Trailer

However, if y’all thought this new Sabrina show was going to be anything like the classic 90s version, think again. I mean, with the word ‘chilling’ in the title, it was pretty obvious that this reimagined version is going to be much darker than Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
Even though the trailer started off with a very adorable scene between Sabrina and Harvey, there were actually a few creepy scenes in the trailer that gave us major clues as to what we can expect from the first season – and spoiler alert: it’s not all rainbows and adorable teen love.
The first clue being that Sabrina has to make a choice on her 16th birthday as to whether or not she wants to continue being a mortal or if she should become a witch.
And after that candle blow was when things became super dark.
As it’s clearly seen in the trailer, Sabrina decided to follow in her family’s footsteps and become a witch…until like probably halfway through the ceremony she decided against it. Which is obviously going to cause some problems between Sabrina and her coven…
And some very creepy and intense situations. Now remember, don’t blink or you’ll miss this next scene where Sabrina gets dragged away by a pretty scary figure in the corn maze.
Although it’s safe to say that Sabrina’s teenage years aren’t that of your average teenagers, I don’t think situations like that make her life any easier. Even if she does have magical powers.
We also see and hear Sabrina struggling between good and bad, which leads us to wonder if she’ll become an evil witch by the end of the season…
And if Sabrina will have a hand in any deaths in the show or if she’s leaving the killing to her family members…
And to end things on a super light note, we can all definitely expect some super cute moments between Sabrina and Harvey throughout the show. How often we’ll see that is definitely another question we don’t have the answers to.
Let’s hope there’s more of that than scary moments.
