The Malay rulers are starting to arrive at Istana Negara for the Conference of Rulers meeting.

Johor's Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar is the first to arrive at about 9.40am.

The Yang di-Pertuan Agong had summoned the conference in order to get their advice on whom to appoint as prime minister after two days of meetings with politicians.
