Aaron Carter Speaks Out After DUI Arrest & SLAMS Brother Nick

Aaron Carter was arrested over the weekend for suspicion of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and possessing drug related objects. Aaron’s girlfriend Madison Parker was taken into custody by police for marijuana-related offenses.
Shortly after, Aaron’s big brother Nick Carter reached out to him on Twitter. “To my brother: I love u no matter what & if u feel the need to reach for help, I am here and willing to help you get better.” Followed by, “Family isn't always easy,be we're all here for you.”
And Aaron was NOT having it. Any of it. Aaron believes that he was charged because of his celebrity status and took to twitter to slam the cops along with his big brother. “Thank you ALL for your prayers & well wishes. I am so sorry to all my fans that I missed. The truth will come out! Read my statement here.” The statement goes on to explain that Aaron was traveling in Georgia promoting his new single when his car had a tire go out of alignment. The statement alleges that while Aaron was trying to get his tire fixed at an Auto Zone store he was arrested inside the stop by aggressive officers.
Aaron also revealed he holds a medical license for medical marijuana due to his anxiety. The statement cites that a video from the shop will detail he was not in a moving vehicle when arrested for a DUI. And finally, the letter claps back at Nick writing, “If my own blood (Nick) truly cared about my well-being, why wouldn’t he call me directly and have a conversation instead of making his about him through a very public forum? That’s not cool at all to use me for his PR and kick me while I am down.”
While we gotta admit Aaron has a good point here, it appears Nick doesn’t have his number. Their sister Lauren tweeted at Aaron to send them his new phone number as he changed it again, and Nick retweeted her message.
Shortly after Aaron responded with a shirtless selfie on Twitter and wrote, “Walk away from gossip and verbal defamation. Speak only the good you know of other people and encourage others to do the same.” Followed by, “Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself”. And Aaron took this moment to share a drawing the late Michael Jackson left for him. It seems to be only the beginning for this messy situation.
