Prison authorities did not allow Pakatan Harapan chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad to visit Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at the Cheras Rehabilitation Hospital on Wednesday. The former Premier claimed it was an order from "higher up".
