Pontian MP Ahmad Maslan pounced to defend former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak after Pakatan Harapan supporters began to chant 'perompak' at the SJK(C) Yu Ming polling centre in Pekan Nanas.
Ahmad attempted to approach the Harapan supporters, however he was stopped by police.
