Terengganu Menteri Besar Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar took his oath of office as the new Kemaman MP in Dewan Rakyat on Friday, 8th December.

The by-election recently saw Samsuri retaining the Kemaman parliamentary seat for PAS after he defeated BN's Raja Mohamed Affandi Raja Mohamed Noor.

Samsuri polled 64,998 votes while BN’s Raja Mohamed Affandi Raja Mohamed Noor polled 27,778.
