Adam Rosly who is Ampang PKR Youth chief was brought to court this morning, he is expected to be charged under Section 32(8)(c) and Section 89 of the Anti-Money-Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
Section 32(8)(c) concerns the furnishing of false or misleading information to investigators while Section 89 concerns the falsification, concealment and destruction of documents.
