The owner of a dog that died on Feb 28 together with a group of animal lovers remembered the dog on March 2 at Batu Ferringhi beach. K. Chendeladevan also lodged a police report against the Penang Island City Council for mishandling his dog. He said his dog was tranquilised and dragged by dog catchers to the council’s truck moments before her death.
