Outgoing PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and president-elect Anwar Ibrahim have called for clean and fair conduct in the upcoming party elections.
Anwar said candidates who are in the government should not abuse their positions to coerce members to vote for them.
"The deputy prime minister, ministers, menteri besar, excos can't coerce any members to garner votes.
"There has been no official complaint, but such concerns have been raised, so it must be stopped," Anwar said, adding that such abuses would not be tolerated.
