Into his seventh year as Dewan Rakyat Speaker, on Monday, the first day of current Parliament sitting, Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia had a hard time explaining the rules of the House, amidst the bombardment from opposition MPs. They were debating the motion to appoint a new PAC chairman.
