As computers become increasingly more powerful and sophisticated, a World Bank official warns that it is increasingly replacing medium-skilled, medium-pay jobs.
World Development Report 2016 (WDR 2016) co-director Uwe Deichmann told reporters that those that don't have skills to move to higher paying jobs compete for lower paying jobs that computers can't really do, but don't pay much.
