At a Malaysia Day dialogue in Shah Alam today Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali said that the first principle to transform a nation would be to have the courage of conviction to push for a reform agenda.
He said that the leadership must also have a moral compass and must be decisive, not 'flip-flop' in making their decisions.
