Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali clarified on Tuesday that he had met with a "Singaporean", but not Singapore's Ministry of Transport (MOT) to discuss the fate of the High-Speed Rail (HSR).
This came after the Singaporean government denied meeting Azmin who claimed that he had a “positive meeting” with Singapore officials when he was in the Republic last weekend, visiting Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
