Bentong is just a one and half hour drive from KL. Take that short journey and you will be glad you came to one of the best traditional dumpling stall around. This video records the amazing sales chatter of this father and son team at a traditional dumpling stall at the morning market in the heart of Bentong town. Nothing fancy, just very reasonably priced and tasty dumplings on a table for all to see. There are the big and small ones. There are several varieties of fillings. Hard to tell the difference from the outside but this father and son team will enlighten you. in fact this stall has been endorsed by a Hong Kong food critic Mr. Chua Lam and his banner is placed here. Listen to the video, there's much to learn from this third generation dumpling trader. Besides this dumpling attraction, Bentong 's morning market is filled with a great variety of food, fresh produce and everything nice.
