There was nothing but love all around from everyone who tuned into Grease: Live! Neil Patrick Harris, Ashley Tisdale, Chrissy Teigen and so many more celebs tweeted their thoughts and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about the whole show.
Grease being turned into a live production with the likes of Vanessa Hudgens, Aaron Tveit, Julianne Hough, and Keke Palmer, what’s NOT to love about that? You’ve got a cult classic musical, talented cast, it’s no surprise that everyone who turned on their TVs to Fox’s Grease: Live had a positive reaction to it!
Neil Patrick Harris said “Super proud of all involved in @GoGrease. Infection fun, live on a high wire – dangerous yet walkable! Bravo @AaronTveit & @VanessaHudgens”
While Vanessa’s BFF Ashley Tisdale wrote, “I wouldn’t expect anything less @VanessaHudgens is killing it! So proud of girl #GreaseLive” I mean, let’s be real here, why would you expect anything less from Vanessa? Did you see her in High School Musical or Gigi?!
Anna Kendrick also showed her love for the live musical. She even asked the TV Gods QUOTE, “Can TV be like this every night? #FreddyMyLove #GreaseLive” while Snooki tweeted, “Ugh crying I love the original grease so much and this is awesome. #GreaseLive”
Even first-time Grease watchers like Chrissy Teigen (who admitted on Twitter that she has never EVER seen the original) said she loved it! At the end of the show, Chrissy had nothing but wonderful things to say about the whole thing. She wrote “That was very great. Congrats you talented bastards!!! I can’t imagine all the work that took from every possible end, holy moly.”
