Case closed! On Sunday TMZ reported that Blac Chyna’s request to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian has officially been DENIED. Last April Rob and Blac Chyna were engaged and expecting their first child when Chyna filed a petition to officially change her name. But a year later the couple have had their share of ups and down and Rob’s sisters aren’t having it. Kim, Kourtney and Khloe stepped in to put a stop to Blac Chyna getting a piece of their Kardashian name even IF Blac Chyna married Rob.
In December the Kardashian sister’s separate company’s filed papers to block the trademark stating that they would QUOTE “suffer irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill if the opposed mark is allowed to register.”
According to TMZ Chyna never formally countered the petition to block her use of the name. And now it’s official- even if Chyna and Rob end up together Chyna will never be allowed to don the K name.
And things are looking up for Rob and Blac Chyna! On Saturday Chyna shared multiple Snapchat videos hanging out with her ex Rob and looking VERY MUCH back together.
