East Malaysia lawmakers may be lauding the Pan-Borneo highway across Sabah and Sarawak but one of its MP is less than impressed, complaining that Umno is being accused of robbing Sabah over the project.
Abdul Ghapur Salleh (BN-Kalabakan) is upset that the Sabah section of the highway would be handled by UEM and MMC which are West Malaysia-based companies.
