Caretaker Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin acknowledged that getting married can come with a large financial burden and thus, has promised that if Barisan Nasional returns to power after the 14th General Elections, the government will introduce new programmes and improve existing ones that concern youth marriage.
He said this while presenting a manifesto for the youth by Barisan Nasional containing their promises should the mandate be returned to them in the 14th General Elections.
