Artist Emma Fay transforms incredibly patient models into animals using yoga poses and body paint. The 29-year-old artist spends hours using water-based paints to transform her models into realistic animals, including a caterpillar, a crocodile and a cobra. Her latest work is a set of ten images called the Union of Yoga, which celebrates the yoga discipline by  painting the subject of each yogic pose on the human body. Fay painstakingly paints each model’s body and her partner Jonathan Macauley photographs each pose. Fay aimed to visualise the cohesion between art and spiritual practice through her work.
