Army, the best day of our lives is finally here. The sensational K-pop boy band has taken over almost every aspect of the world in just a matter of months and now they’re taking over YouTube Red.
Yes, you heard me correctly. It has just been revealed that the guys of BTS will be starring in their own eight episode documentary series called ‘Burn The Stage.’ The docuseries will include footage from BTS’ 2017 Wings Tour as well as some of the band’s biggest moments of 2017 like their big win at the Billboard Music Awards.
According to YouTube Red, not only will the docuseries will give fans incredible footage from all of 2017, it’ll also show fans an QUOTE “intimate, personal portrayal” of the band.
And to no surprise, the Army is just SO excited for all of this. One fan tweeted, “I guarantee we’re all gonna cry and fall in love with BTS all over again watching burn the stage. It’s going to show us things we don’t know about them and things they’ve never told us. I’m honestly not ready.”
Another wrote, “How are they gonna make a year’s worth of footage fit into 8 episodes?! I’m so excited for burn the stage. We’re gonna see BTS tired and exhausted. We’re gonna see them angry and frustrated. I’m not ready at all. This is so personal.”
Mark your calendars for March 28th when the first couple of episodes of ‘Burn The Stage’ premieres. A new episode is set to be released every week until May 9th. The first two episodes will be made available through the band’s Bangtan TV channel, but this is where the news gets kinda sucky if you don’t have a YouTube Red subscription.
Although the first episode will be free and available for ALL fans to watch, the rest of the docuseries will only be available for YouTube Red subscribers.
