Proposals to increase personal income as a measure to cope with the impact of the rising cost of living has topped a netizens wish list for the upcoming Budget 2018.
According to the government’s Bajet 2018 official website, a total of 7,773 proposals were submitted between Sept 4 to Sept 18.
