At the tabling of Budget 2019 on Friday, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has the rights to scrutinise and investigate unexplained extraordinary wealth displayed by possession of luxury goods, jewellery, handbags or property.
