Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng, when tabling the Budget 2019 on Friday, announced a freeze on all intra-city toll rate hikes involving an allocation of RM700 million. He also said there will be no tolls for motorcycles on the First and Second Penang Bridge and the Second Link in Johor.
