The recent cabinet reshuffle by Prime Minister Najib Razak on June 25 turned out to be a "cabinet expansion", with the addition of three Ministers and three Deputy Ministers to the 34-member cabinet, bringing the Malaysian Cabinet to its largest ever figure of 37.
