【本報訊】消委會自上周一至昨日，共收到逾1,200宗諮詢及投訴個案，包括918宗諮詢及301宗投訴個案。對於有建議要求消委會就事件動用消費者訴訟基金，向苦主提供經濟支援和法律協助追討賠償；消委會稱，由於法院已委任臨時清盤人，除非得到法院許可，否則訴訟不能展開，而已展開的訴訟亦須暫停，因此難以動用基金協助。
