Camila Cabello came THIS CLOSE to having her first New Year’s Eve kiss EVER- revealing that she almost locked lips with Nick Jonas.
Buuuuut instead Camila settled for Mariah Carey blowing her a kiss.
Camila Cabello stopped by The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon on Friday to celebrate her debut album release day. Somehow they got on the topic of New Year’s Eve. As you know, Camila performed in Times Square to ring in 2018. Camila admitted it was bittersweet because she couldn’t bring her family up to the ball drop with her. So instead Camila lowkey watched it drop alongside Mariah Carey, Ryan Seacrest, and Nick Jonas. And here’s what went through her head.
Okay. Pause. That would have been adorable. And we support that cause. But let’s not skip over the part where Camila admitted she’s never had a New Years Eve kiss! And there’s more.
I’m not sure if “funny” is what we would have called it. But that impression she did of receiving a kiss from Mariah Carey was hilarious. Despite Camila chickening out on New Year’s Eve, she’s had the best week ever. Camila has already broken a record with her debut solo album “Camila” that came out on Friday. She has become the first solo artist to top 99 iTunes charts worldwide. Camila celebrated the news on Instagram writing, “gonna go celebrate w some croquetas that my album went #1 in 100 countries!!!!!!!”
