HOLD UP, WAS Britney Spears just REPLACED by Camila Cabello on Pitbull’s new Fast and the furious song???
Britney Spears is a LEGEND, but is Camila Cabello taking over her spotlight?
It is confirmed that Camila Cabello will be featured on Pitbull’s new track titled “Hey Ma” for the upcoming fast and furious movie, but it’s come to our attention the SHE ACTUALLY REPLACED the queen of all pop queens BRITNEY SPEARS. SAY WHAT. Honestly…What just happened?
In a recent interview, Pitbull confirmed all that information is indeed the truth. He said QUOTE: “At first, it was me and Romeo Santos, Britney Spears was on the record,” he said. “[The] Fast and Furious [team] ends up loving the record. And they brought on board J Balvin and Camila Cabello. So, it’s been an interesting journey.”
So, what did Britney think about being replaced for the song? Pitbull said “She was a great sport, she’s been in the business for years. She said, ‘Don’t even worry about that. We’ll use it for the remix, or we’ll do another record together.’”
HMMMM. Sounds shady to me and I feel as though Britney, said that to keep a working relationship or she honestly doesn’t care because she is BRITNEY SPEARS and has already concurred the world.
It's not clear why Fast and Furious' producers decided to bring in a new vocal duo, BUT good for Camila as her voice is going to be featured in one of the biggest movies of the year!
On to the movieeeee. A new trailer just dropped for The eighth installment and show the family splits up in unexpected ways, taking the gang on a globe-trotting adventure that includes Cuba, New York City, and even Antarctica. Take a look.
The movie hits theaters on April 14th so BUCKLE UP.
