To most of us Hainanese Chicken Rice served with soya
sauce may just be an ordinary meal. But one stall at Singapore's Chinatown food court Mr Chan's chicken rice is world recognized with  a Michelin star! This video clearly shows why the 2-3 line queue is always there at the counter. Clearly too customers can see the awesome offerings showcased at the counter too. This stall has gone hi-tech too with a self pay and order kiosk  system.  Freshly  roasted golden brown birds, barbecued pork and ‘char siu’ displayed to whet your appetite. Mr Chan, who was originally from Perak, Malaysia has here for almost 30 years and the soya sauce Hainanese Chicken rice is just one of the many specialties here. There's chicken with ‘hor fun’ or noodles, roasted pork rice and pork ribs rice too. Haven't experienced Michelin dining at everyday prices? Here's a treat that will be cherished!
