I don’t know about you guys but I was always taught to never ask someone if they’re pregnant or insinuate it in any way until it has been confirmed by the direct source. And yet here we are. TMZ has reported that people on Cardi’s team have said that Cardi is pregnant. The rumor stems from a conversation that was had between a venue staffer at the Maxim party during Superbowl weekened and a member of Cardi’s team. Cardi was performing at the party and at some point in the night, a staff member asked if Cardi would like to be escorted to her VIP room where there was boozing and partying going on to which one of Cardi’s reps responded saying that Cardi didn’t want to be in a quote on quote party atmosphere and preferred to stay in the area by the stage and sip Fiji water. The rep then allegedly told the venue staffer that Cardi was three to four months pregnant.
Since the rumors surfaced, Cardi’s team has repeatedly denied the speculation and Cardi even spoke out on instagram saying QUOTE - "No bitch I'm just getting fat. Let me fat in peace." As you may know Cardi is engaged to Offset from Migos so if she is pregnant we know who the father is. But how I see is this, if Cardi says she’s not pregnant then she’s not pregnant. Whoever allegedly started the rumor on her team needs to be slapped. Also we all get a little fluffy every once in awhile, I wouldn’t like if someone thought I was pregnant during girl scout cookie season so let Cardi live her best Thin Mint life.
