Cash Me Outside Girl Danielle Bregoli Sentenced To FIVE Years Probation

Danielle Bregoli AKA Miss Cash Me Ousside avoids jail time, but there’s one major catch. The lucky girl will be staying ousside of prison (for now).
If you recall, in June Danielle Bregoli pleaded guilty to four charges including two counts of grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report. She actually accused her mom of using hard drugs when it was actually sugar. Pretty serious stuff if you ask us. Yesterday in Florida Danielle was sentenced to five years probation, but NO jail time. Danielle- we’re gonna need your lawyers number in case we’re ever in a bind.
This was all part of her plea deal which included other charges being dropped. Danielle likely avoided jail time with instead a long probation due to the fact that she is just FOURTEEN YEARS OLD. Yeah, we seem to keep forgetting that small fact. The conditions of her probation include attending school full-time, 100 hours of community service, and a 5 o’clock pm curfew. Yikes. Danielle will be able to complete her probation while living in Los Angeles with her Mom.
These legal troubles occured before her infamous “Dr. Phil” appearance last September when her signature catchphrase made her a viral star. As of now it’s unclear if she’ll also face charges for a separate incident where her friend chucked ice cream at a woman and set off a series of brawls in Lake Worth, Florida.
