A 28-year-old restaurant worker, who was captured on surveillance video hanging a cat to death, was sentenced to 15 months in jail by the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Friday.
Al Azri Norhisham, who was unrepresented, told the court that the cat had scratched and bitten him.
