Dewan Rakyat heated up on Thursday after Setiu MP (BN) Che Mohamad Zulkifly pointed out that Gelang Patah MP (DAP) Lim Kit Siang was still present in the house despite being suspended for six months from the Dewan Rakyat.
Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia explained that the DAP veteran could remain in the house, but would remain 'invisible'.
Pandikar later ignored Lim as he tried to speak.
Yesterday, an angry Pandikar ordered Kit Siang to leave the House. At least four parliamentary officers stood near Lim trying to convince him to leave but the DAP lawmaker refused to budge.
Pandikar then asked Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Azalina Othman to table a motion to suspend Lim for six months.
