1Malaysia Development Bhd ,1MDB had signed a sales and purchase agreement of its power assets in Erda Global Energy Berhad with China General Nuclear Power Corporation. The deal is part of 1MDB's rationalisation plan to reduce its debts of close to 42 billion ringgit.
